Retunes, exchanges and cancellations:      

To return or exchange any product please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship item back within 21 days of delivery. Item must be returned in its original condition or the purchaser is responsible for any loss in value a 10% restocking may apply. 

Customized, personalized and on sale items cannot be returned.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  

Guarantee of workmanship:

I guarantee the quality of my workmanship and strive to create items that  will stand up to normal wear. If an item breaks due to my workmanship, please contact me for a free repair. However, due to the natural composition of brass and most gemstones variations in color exist in addition to natural and unseen flaws. 

Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase
