WHY WE MAKE JEWELRY?

• Jewelry wearing seems ever present in the history of human civilization, it serves as an external, self-identifying ornament which fulfills both aesthetic and psychological needs.

• As animist, we believe stones and metal retain unique qualities, thus the act of adornment either transfer or enhances such qualities in the wearer.

• The creator, Chinasa Ozonsi designs and assembles body embellishment inspired by Mother Nature and Mother Africa.
